"Okay booking, but the cancellation info was confusing"
Booking was fine overall... nothing too stressful. But the cancellation rules were a little confusing, and I had to read through them a few times to really understand what I’d be charged. It wasn’t terrible, I just wish the details had been shown more clearly before I paid.

"Easy and Transparent Booking Experience"
I booked my flight through makemytrip and the whole process was really easy. The fare breakup was shown clearly, including taxes, convenience fee, and other charges before I made the payment, so there were no surprises at the end. I liked that no random extra fee popped up last minute. It felt simple, straightforward, and honest. I’d definitely use it again.

"Pretty easy for last-minute travel"
Booked a train ticket on MakeMyTrip and later did a bus booking too, both were smooth honestly. Seat details, timings and all that were easy to check, and I kept getting updates on my phone as well. Payment went through quick, no drama with the tickets. It’s just a handy app to have when travel plans come up last minute

"Fair Refund Experience"
I had to cancel my booking on MakeMyTrip i was bit worried about how refund would go. But the amount they showed was correct as per rules, and there was no weird extra deduction or any confusion. It took few days for money to come back, but that was okay for me. I felt refund process was fair and clear, which is what mattered most. Overall, it was good experience

I booked my ticket through MakeMyTrip it felt straightforward to me. The filters were easy to figure out, the payment didn’t give me any trouble, and the confirmation came through quickly. Some parts of the hotel were really nice, but a few rooms didn’t quite look like the photos online. Maybe I’m being picky, but I feel like the pictures made them seem a bit better than they actually were. Has anyone else noticed that too?
